Explore Dendera Temple – River Cruise on the Nile

Cruise the Nile to one of Luxor’s city hidden gems with Iberotel Lotus and visit one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, Dendera, which is dedicated to the goddess Hathor. The lotus boat considered the only boat in Luxor city that offers this experience, is a floating pavilion and offers one of the most exceptional and luxurious cruising restaurants in the city to let you feel like a crowned pharaoh whilst tantalizing your taste buds in a unique royal atmosphere at the banks of the River Nile.

You will cruise the riverbanks from Luxor to Dendera with a guided tour of the Temple of the Goddess Hathor. During the cruise, a superb lunch buffet will be served. The most exclusive outlet has a splendid panoramic view of the River Nile and is surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of Luxor. This relaxed vibe is carried through to the swimming pool, and sunbathing is encouraged on the sunny sundeck while you have your coffee break or while sipping your favourite drink from the bar.

The Boat starts sailing at 7am from the dock of hotel Iberotel Luxor and arrives in Dendera at about 11am followed by a bus transfer from the boat to the Temple. After the tour of the Temple, we will make our way back to the boat as an open buffet lunch is served whilst sailing back to Luxor. There is a sunset coffee break at 5pm and then at 7pm we will return to the dock of Luxor.
